The most useful people to hear from right now are folks who have done the work — collections operations, servicing compliance, or engineers who've built around CRMs like ACE, Latitude, DAKCS, FIS, Fiserv, or Jack Henry. Not because we're hiring this quarter, but because future hires will start from this list.
